Dick Camuso has extensive financial and general management experience at executive levels in hi-tech, customer-oriented organizations, employing his services in companies ranging in size from international Fortune 100 to early-stage development. In addition, Dick has led major efforts to restructure companies and return them to profitability, arranged for financing through financial institutions and venture capital firms, developed strategic business plans supporting capital raises, participated in M&A activities and the sale of a $25 million company.Since 1998 Dick has served as interim CFO at SecureInfo, a $12 million professional services and software company, CFO at Greenwich Technology Partners, a $25 million professional services company specializing in IT infrastructure optimization, CFO and EVP of Braxtel Communications, an early stage international company providing integrated customer contact solutions for customer service applications and Norstan Communications, a third party telecommunications provider of products and services. In each of these positions, Dick was deeply involved in restructuring operations, the strategic realignment of products and services, raising capital, and M&A activity. In prior positions, Dick was CEO and Managing Partner of Computer Science Corporation’s $100 million systems integration business unit in Brussels, Belgium where he repositioned the company’s strategy and implemented an operational plan to return it to sustained profitability. Dick also spent 20 years in the computer industry with IBM and Data General, where he held executive line and staff positions in finance and worldwide customer service operations. Dick received an A.B. Degree in Economics from GeorgetownUniversity, and an MBA in Finance from ColumbiaUniversity.
