Frank has been in the asset-based lending field for over 20 years.  He began his career as an auditor for The CIT Group.  Frank worked for 10 years in CIT’s Business Credit division.  There, he rose through the ranks to become a Vice President-Team Leader/Regional Credit Manager, where he managed a team of professionals that monitored a portfolio of highly leveraged and Debtor-in-Possession transactions.  Additionally, during his tenure with CIT, Frank held a dual position within their Credit Finance unit.  Frank then moved to CIT’s Commercial Services unit where he was a member and eventually head of their National Credit Administration group.  His group handled all of the unit’s troubled/problem accounts.  He was appointed to manage the largest most complex transactions in an effort to reduce potential exposures and mitigate losses.

Frank has also held positions at Platinum Funding where he was Vice President of sales and marketing and SB Capital Group, where he was Senior Vice President and head of the Appraisal division and Northeast Regional Sales Manager.  Most recently, Frank opened the New York City office for Summit Investment Management; a Denver based Special Situations Fund.  His responsibilities include the origination of investment opportunities and business development of the Northeast Region of the US and Canada.

Frank is also the Executive Vice President-President Elect of the Turnaround Management Association’s Long Island Chapter.  In 2008, Frank was awarded the Long Island Chapter’s Spirit Award for the most outstanding effort during the previous year.  Additionally, Frank was selected by the Long Island Business News as a member of the 2004 class of the Top 40/Under 40, which recognized the top 40 executives on Long Island under the age of 40.  He has spoken on numerous professional panels for the Turnaround Management Association, NYIC, FAE/NYSSCPA, and the Strategic Research Institute.

Frank’s civic responsibilities include recently being elected the Half Hollow Hills Board of Education.  Frank is the co-founder and Commissioner of the Half Hollow Hills Youth Football League a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corp.

Frank has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Accounting from Hofstra University.
